Time: 8 minute AMRAP of 5 Hang Cleans + 5 STO
This will be a relay style event. For example: Athlete A will complete 5 HC + 5 STO then Partner B will do 5 HC + 5 STO and so on until all four athletes complete sequence. Athletes must continue this rotation for as long as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes. Teams will have the opportunity to choose between four weight loads for the 8 minutes. You cannot change the weight once the AMRAP starts. Score will be total of pounds lifted. (Ex. Team chooses #135 and each athlete completes 4 rounds would be 21,600 in weight).
All athletes must lift the same weight as a team. Strategy will come into play here.
RX Male- #135, 155 , 185, 205 RX Female- #95, 105, 115, 125
Scaled Male-#95, 115, 135, 155 Scaled Female-#65, 75, 95, 105
*CoED will lift the above weights for male/female listed above
Each athlete must complete 5 HC + 5 STO before the next athlete can go.
HC can be a power, squat or muscle clean. STO can be strict, push press or jerk.
